The present contempt petition has been filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of order dated 18.11.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-30916-2024.

Issue notice to the respondents to show cause as to why proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 be not initiated against them for non-compliance of the aforesaid order. 3.

Mr. Pranav Chadha, Advocate has appeared and has filed his power of attorney on behalf of the respondents which is taken on record. He has handed over a copy of the order passed by the competent authority deciding the claim of the petitioner herein on 26.12.2024. Learned counsel has further pointed out that the copy of the order was duly forwarded to the petitioner also as is apparent from a perusal of the copy of the order dated AMAN JAIN 2025.04.30 10:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

COCP-2043-2025 (O&M) -226.12.2024. A copy of the same has also been handed over once again to the learned counsel for the petitioner in Court today. 4.
