satisfaction that the compromise has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.
Heard.
Keeping in view that the offences for which the accused have been hauled up are not of heinous nature, in the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court and the fact that parties belong to the same very village together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and in bringing about peace and harmony, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.90 dated 21.05.2010 registered at Police Station Guruhar Sahai under Sections 326, 323, 341, 148, 149 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed.
The petition stands allowed in those terms.
