(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.187 dated 20.09.2017 under Sections 324 and 34 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on) at Police Station Maqsudan District Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated December 21, 2017, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated December 21, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
