ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 08.04.2021 passed in CWP No.7969 of 2021 as well as the common order passed in other writ petition.

As per the affidavit of the Director Secondary Education, the order has been duly implemented and no further action was taken. Counsel for the State has relied upon the copy of the communications (Annexures R-1 and R-2, respectively) in this regard. It is also submitted by counsel for the State that further action will be taken only after final disposal of the writ petition. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
