(ORAL) The present petition filed under Section 438 CR.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.67 dated 29.08.2019, under Sections 341, 323, 355, 506, 148 and 149 IPC (offence under Section 295 IPC added lateron), registered at Police Station, City Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur.

Issue notice of motion.

Mr.Hittan Nehra, Addl.A.G., Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the State.

Heard.

The similarly situated co-accused have since been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 18.11.2019 passed in CRM-M-412302019. CRM-M-23380-2019 -2they be released on interim bail subject to their furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
