Present petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to hold a fair and independent inquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.09.2023 (Annexure -2). 2.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. 3.

It is submitted by the learned State counsel that although notices were issued to the petitioner to appear in this complaint, but he has not appeared in the matter and, therefore, the said complaint (Annexure P-2) has been consigned to the record room. Therefore, the present petition has become infructuous and the same be disposed of as such. 4.

In view of the submission made by the learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous and also for non-prosecution.
