Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking a direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to submit the final report to the concerned Court in FIR No. 176 dated 23.7.2007 under Section 336, 447, 506, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Jandiala, District Amritsar (Annexure P-1) Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Hardev Singh, has submitted that after thorough investigation of the case, cancellation report has been submitted in the Court on 10.9.2015.

In view of the submissions made by the learned State counsel, no ground for further interference by this Court is made out. Petitioner can challenge the cancellation report by filing a GURPREET SINGH 2015.09.19 12:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
