(ORAL) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to typographical error, the name of petitioner No.2 has been mentioned as 'Lahwinder Singh' instead of his correct name, i.e 'Lakhwinder Singh', in the memo of parties of this petition and she seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh one with correct and better particulars.
