**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) Through the instant petition, petitioner is seeking addition of Sections 354 and 452 of IPC in FIR No.398 dated 07.07.2018 registered at Police Station Killa, District Panipat, under Sections 323, 34, 354-A and 506 of IPC.

Status report by way of affidavit of Sandeep Singh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Panipat, is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at appropriate place. Learned State counsel pointing out reply submits that charges under Sections 323, 452 506, 34 of IPC have been framed against the accused on 30.05.2019 and the matter is pending before trial Court, thus, the present petition has rendered infructuous.

On being confronted with the aforesaid fact, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail remedies as permissible by law.
