(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for investigating the FIR No.56, dated 06.08.2020, under Sections 325, 323, 34 IPC, Police Station Bajakhana, District Faridkot by CBI, CIA or to any other independent investigating agency or to get the investigation in the above said FIR conducted from senior officers and for taking legal action against respondent Nos.3 to 5for pressurizing the petitioner to compromise the matter. Issue notice of motion.

Mr.Hittan Nehra, Addl.A.G.,Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is stated to have filed representation bringing out his grievances. The said representation, dated 10.08.2020 is placed on record as Annexure P4.
