Main case.

Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of accused petitioner Sahil Walia in case FIR No.10 dated 22.1.2016 for offences under Sections 452,324,148,149,506 and 120-B IPC,PS Division NO.6, Industrial Area, Ludhiana.

It was contended that the accused petitioner Sahil Walia and Hiti Verma (niece of the complainant-Gagan Kumar) had solemnised their love marriage against the wishes of her family and were granted protection by this Court vide order dated 17.8.2015 (P-2) at the RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2016.04.27 17:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M 6659/2016(O&M) instance of Hiti Verma and the present accused/petitioner. Subsequently, Hiti Verma was taken back to her parental home where on her change of heart, the occurrence had taken place on 18.1.2016. It is a version and cross version where the injuries have been inflicted on both sides. It was further submitted that the petitioner was ready and willing to amicably settle the dispute with the complainant party. Apart from the above, during the previous date of hearing the parties were present in Court and had agreed to amicably settle the dispute by letting bygones be bygones. Accordingly, the compromise deed dated 4.4.2016 has been entered into between the parties. In view of the aforesaid circumstances the present petition is allowed and interim bail granted to accused petitioner vide order dated 24.2.2016 is made absolute.
