(Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide representation/legal notice dated 18.02.2022 issued to the Deputy Commissioner, Gurdaspur and the Executive Engineer, PWD (B&R) Provincial Division, Gurdaspur in the context of release of payment of Rs.28 lacs along with interest for the work of repair of circuit house done during COVID-19.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid representation/ legal notice needs to be decided before passing any appropriate order in the writ jurisdiction. Notice of motion.
