FATEH DEEP SINGH, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through video-conferencing on account of outbreak of pandemic COVID19. The petitioners have come up in this civil writ petition under articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a prayer by way of writ of mandamus by directing the respondents to implement the notification dated 01.12.2011 (Annexure P1) and enforce the same w.e.f. 01.01.2006 qua the petitioners and their pay be restructured conferring benefit of higher pay scale w.e.f. 01.01.2006 as per Rules, for which, a legal notice dated 16.06.2021 (Annexure P-2) has also been served upon the

CWP 13820 of 2021 (O&M) respondent authorities.

Heard.

In the light of oral submissions of the petitioners' side the directions are issued to the respondent authorities to duly consider the legal notice dated 16.06.2021 (Annexure P-2) as representation of the petitioners and decide the same in accordance with law by passing a speaking order, preferably, within a period of one month from the date of passing of this order.
