(the aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in Virtual Court) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the petitioners from their false implication at the behest of respondent No.5, who is allegedly pressurizing them to withdraw the civil suit filed by petitioner No.2 against respondents No.5.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and while refraining from making any expression as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda, Punjab to ensure that the representation dated 4.8.2020 (Annexure P-6) is got examined in accordance with law expeditiously.
