(Oral) In compliance of order dated 29.07.2021, alleged detenue/victim Kiran daughter of the petitioner has been produced by ASI Rohtash Kumar through video conferencing. On being asked, Kiran specifically stated before the Court that she wants to go with her family members. The girl was caught along with respondent No.4 at Derabassi on 29.07.2021 and thereafter, she was produced before JMIC, Hisar on 30.07.2021 and her statement was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. CRWP No.6747 of 2021(O&M) It appears that there is some change in her stand. Her latest statement is at variance from her earlier version, for which, the police seeks to get her second statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C before Judicial Magistrate First Class. The girl is major. She is allowed to go with her family members as per her wishes. Police may proceed with the investigation by associating the girl in accordance with law. Disposed of.
