(Oral) CRM-16463-2019 This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking condonation of delay of 16 days in filing the present criminal revision petition. For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed. The delay of 16 days in filing the present criminal revision petition is condoned.

CRR-1205-2019 (O & M) As a settlement has been arrived at between the parties, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appropriate petition seeking quashing of the summoning order under Section 319 Cr.P.C. on the basis of a compromise.
