NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Shamsher Singh of Police Station, Samana, District Patiala, and learned counsel for the informant after seeking instructions from the counsel representing the informant before learned Trial Court, submit that learned Public Prosecutor has closed the case of the prosecution after examining the prosecution witnesses. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage.
