Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking for quashing of a cross FIR No. 0069 dated 17.04.2020, under Sections 326, 324, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Khamano, District Fatehgarh Sahib and all consequential proceedings on the basis of compromise dated 09.07.2020 (P1) entered into between the parties i.e. petitioner as well as respondents No. 3 and 4, qua the petitioner.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one, if an occasion so arises.
