Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if a direction be issued to the Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar (respondent No.2) to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) in a time bound manner.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner , the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar (respondent No.2) to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law, within one month on receipt of certified copy of the present order.
