ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) The petitioner is working as a Punjabi Lecturer. He has filed the present writ petition challenging the correctness of the notice dated 15.04.2023, whereby, his comments on the complaint filed against him have been sought.

The jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is an extra ordinary remedy. As of now, there is no order adversely affecting the rights of the petitioner.

Hence, dismissed.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
