The present criminal litigation has arisen out of matrimonial dispute. In case the petitioners move an application before learned trial court for sending their case to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre for effecting a compromise then learned trial court shall refer the case to the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Patiala, so that the parties may make every possible effort to effect a compromise.
