(Oral) It is submitted by both the sides that the parties have failed to arrive at amicable settlement. Let the main petition be taken up for final hearing.

In the light of the same, CRM No. 24993 of 2014 for vacation of interim order has become infructuous and is dismissed as such. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from SI Manmohan Kumar, submits that in pursuance of the interim order, both the petitioners have since joined the investigation and are no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from them and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute though Mr. Ahluwalia, counsel for the complainant has strongly opposed it. Criminal Misc. No. M-7921 of 2014 (O&M) -2- In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 5.3.2014 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioners will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
