Rattu, DAG, Punjab --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.30, dated 7.2.2024, under Sections 420, 408, 380, 381 of the IPC, 1860, (Sections 414, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala. 2.

This Court vide order dated 15.5.2024, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 15.5.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh, does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. 5.

In view of the above, the order dated 15.5.2024 is made absolute.
