Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Two brothers accused Anarjit and Kamaljit are seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.121 dated 25.12.2015 for offences under Sections 341,323,148,149 IPC(Sections 325 and 308 IPC added later on) registered with PS Cantt.Bathinda,Distt.Bathinda. As per allegations of the complainant Aman Singh, petitioner no.1 is alleged to have raised lalkara and thereafter cause a blow with the handle of hand pump on the nose of injured Aakash, as also a fist blow on the left eye of the complainant. Petitioner no.2 is alleged to have given a gandasi blow on the head of Aakash. CRM-M 6708/2016 the occurrence wherein both sides have received injuries. The petitioner no.1 has received a hand pump blow on the left shoulder at the hands of present complainant Aman Singh while petitioner no.2 also has received beatings. The cross version is recorded as DDR No.23 dated 25.12.2015 (P-2) under Sections 341,323,148,149 IPC. It is next contended that the injury inviting Section 308 IPC is attributed to coaccused Raju Nepali. At the time of hearing today,learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners have joined investigation and fully cooperated.

Learned counsel for the complainant, however, opposes grant of bail to petitioners on the ground that there is another FIR of similar nature against the petitioners.

Learned State counsel on instructions concedes that petitioners have joined investigation and their custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of the above, interim bail granted vide order dated 25.2.2016 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
