The limited prayer made in the present writ petition is for directing the Assistant Collector 1st Grade, Samalkha, District Panipat (respondent No.6 herein) to decide the petition dated 30.06.2025 (Annexure P-3) expeditiously.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that there are 20 other matters which are already listed before the Assistant Collector, 1st Grade, Samalkha, District Panipat which were filed prior to the case filed by the present petitioner herein.

In view of the limited prayer made, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.6 - Assistant Collector 1st Grade, Samalkha, District Panipat to decide the same expeditiously and in accordance with law. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
