(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondent No.4 to register the FIR against the private respondent No.5 on complaint dated 10.08.2020, Annexure P1, filed by the petitioner for giving threat to kill the petitioner and take legal action against him. Issue notice of motion.

In view of the above, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present petition at this stage with a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 4 to look into the complaint, dated 10.08.2020, Annexure P1, and take appropriate action forthwith, in accordance with law.
