The petitioner's grievance in this Writ Petition is that an application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 filed by the petitioner on 12.10.2021 has not been disposed of by the respondent No.1 till date.

Mr. Lokesh Aggarwal, Panel Counsel, U.T., Chandigarh with Mr. Mayank Sharma, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1, and states that the aforesaid application is listed for 18.07.2022 before respondent No.1, and that respondent No.1 would pass the orders on the said application.

Having regard to the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.1 to pass the orders on the application dt.12.10.2021 filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the same to all the parties therein.
