(Oral) Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 03.03.2020 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Faridabad whereby an application filed under Section 319 Cr.P.C. has been wrongly dismissed in case FIR No. 229 dated 07.07.2019 registered under Sections 363/366-A/120-B IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act at Police Station Saran, Faridabad. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the accused/respondents No.2 and 3 herein have been acquitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad vide judgment dated 24.07.2024 in the above said FIR. Ordered accordingly.
