(Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 14.12.2019 passed in favour of the petitioner to the extent that "needless to say that while issuing letter/order for converting above referred house from lease hold to freehold, repondents can put rider regarding subject to final outcome of judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the identical case of Charanjeet Kaur, which is still pending in the Apex Court, being contrary to the facts and circumstances; along with certain other prayers. CWP No.19212 of 2021 (O&M) -2In view of the fact that CWP No. 9960 of 2020 filed by the Chandigarh Administration stands dismissed as infructuous vide order of even date passed by this court, the present petition is also dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as such.

However, respondents No.2 & 3 are directed to pass the order of conversion from lease hold to free hold, within a period four weeks from today and supply a copy of the same to the petitioner within a further period of ten days.

All the pending applications, if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
