(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.68 dated 24.10.2014 registered under Sections 324/323/148/149/506/326 IPC at Police Station Daresi, District Ludhiana.

Heard.

There are serious allegations against the petitioner. He gave kirpan blow on the left orbit (near eye brow) and right Zygomatic of Chaman Lal. The injury has been found to grievous in nature. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
