Another affidavit filed by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur (Yamuna Nagar), dated 12.08.2021, is also ordered to be taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now even the complainant in the FIR has been examined, with the DSPs' affidavit in any case stating that the injured person, i.e. complainant Rajinder, stated to be otherwise not suffering from any abnormality, with the petitioner having been in custody since 06.08.2020.

That being so, without making any comment on the actual merits of the case, this petition is allowed, with the order dated 05.02.2021 passed by this Court, granting interim relief to the petitioner, made absolute on the same terms and conditions.
