Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners namely Balbir Singh @ Biri and Rulda Singh who have been summoned as additional accused on an application under Section 319 Cr.PC to face trial in case FIR No.67 dated 24.7.2015 under Section 306 IPC registered with PS Ghagga,Distt.Patiala. Complainant Baldish Kaur is the sister of deceased Satwinder @ Binder. She alleges that her co-accused Bhabi-Rajwinder Kaur had illicit relation with accused Satpal resulting into his brother committing suicide. CRM-M 6737/2016 investigation they were found innocent and charge was downgraded from Section 302 IPC to Section 306 IPC.

Vide order dated 25.2.2016 while issuing notice of motion, petitioners, on surrendering before the trial court within 10 days, were directed to be released on interim bail.

At the time of hearing,learned counsel submits that pursuant to the said order petitioners have surrendered before the trial court on 2.3.2016 and were released on interim bail. The said factual position is not disputed by the learned State counsel.

In view of the above, interim bail granted by the trial court pursuant to the order dated 25.2.2016 passed by this court, is made absolute.

Disposed of.
