Mr. Surjit Singh, Partner of the petitioner-firm is present in Court and has filed his affidavit stating therein that the petitioners would vacate the premises in question on or before 31.05.2024 and shall hand over peaceful vacant possession to the respondent. 2.

The respondent - Bal Krishan - who is present in Court states that he has no objection.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off. The petitioners shall remain bound by the affidavit given in Court today and shall hand over peaceful vacant possession of the suit property to the respondent on or before 31.05.2024. The respondent would be at liberty to avail his remedies in law for recovery of rent. 4.

Disposed off, accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
