(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.1219 dated 24.12.2015, registered at Police Station City Karnal, District Karnal, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 354, 427, 448, 452, 365, 511 and 506 IPC. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from investigating officer, states that in compliance of order dated 10.05.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has again joined the investigation and the vehicle in question has been recovered from him. CRM-M-6745-2016 (O&M) -2In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 25.02.2016, by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
