The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.180 dated 6.10.2014 registered for the offences under Sections 148, 149, 323, 341 and 506 IPC and (Sections 326 and 325 IPC, which were added later on) at Police Station Sahlawas, District Jhajjar.

Notice of motion has been issued in this case. Mr. Deepak Grewal, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-State and contested this petition.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana appearing for the respondent-State and have gone through the record.

Cr. Misc. No.M-79 of 2015 [2] counsel for the petitioners even argued that the simple injuries attributed to the petitioners are not corresponding with the injuries as per MLR. The petitioners have already joined the investigation. They are ladies and not required for custodial interrogation. No useful purpose will be served by sending the petitioners to custody.

Therefore, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case; without discussing the facts in minute detail and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I find merit in this petition and the same is allowed. The interim order dated 6.1.2015 passed by this Court granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute. January 22, 2015.
