Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) The only grouse of the petitioner is that her husband has solemnized married with respondent No.6 by not disclosing the factum of earlier marriage. A petition was also filed before this Court by concealing the fact about the earlier marriage and the said petition was disposed of with a direction to SHO, Police Station Ghuman Kalan, District Gurdaspur that in case, any representation is filed seeking protection of life and liberty, the same be verified and necessary action be taken in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that not only factum of earlier marriage was concealed before this Court but even on the representation filed by the petitioner, no action has been taken. Criminal Misc. No. M-6747 of 2016 the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to consider this petition as representation and take necessary action in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is also directed that while considering the case of husband of the petitioner and one Pooja, with whom husband of the petitioner has solemnized second marriage, the petitioner be also called and the petition filed by Pooja and the husband of the petitioner be taken into consideration to decide as to whether any concealment was there while filing the petition before this Court or not.

Disposed of accordingly.
