-- ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in complaint case No. 647 dated 08.04.2013 titled as 'Amardeep Singh Vs. Gurdial Singh' under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act..

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 30.04.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner had put in appearance before the trial Court and had been admitted to interim bail on 05.06.2015.

Learned State counsel states that he has the copy of the order granting interim bail with him.

Looking to all these circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 30.04.2015 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
