DEEPAK MANCHANDA, J.(ORAL) The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. For quashing of FIR No.1 dated 8.3.2013, under Section 406, 420, 120-B IPC, Police Station NRI Cell, District Kapurthala and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurmail Singh submits that in the present case a cancellation report has already been filed on 30.1.2022, before the trial Court.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition stands disposed of.
