Ramendra Jain, J (Oral) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.576 dated 03.10.2018 registered under Sections 307, 120-B, 148, 149, 285, 427 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station, Mohindergarh, District Mohindergarh.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Subhash Chander, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.
