(ORAL) Seeking cancellaƟon of bail granted to respondent No. 3 vide order dated 03.02.2023 passed in CRM-M-3079-2022, the complainant has come up before this Court only on the ground of non-compliance of direcƟons specified in order. 2.

Counsel for respondent No.3 has filed an affidavit of compliance of order dated 03.02.2023 today in the Court which is taken on record. Copy of the same has been given to counsel for the complainant in Court. Counsel for respondent No. 3 submits that all the condiƟons of order dated 03.02.2023 has already been complied and prayed for dismissal of the peƟƟon.

Given the compliance by respondent No. 3, no case for interference is made out and the present peƟƟon is disposed of. Liberty reserved to the peƟƟoner to file again, in case there is any non-compliance or violaƟon of order by respondent No. 3. It is clarified that while filing fresh peƟƟon if any, the peƟƟoner shall specifically state that which of the condiƟon is violated or not complied. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
