Petitioner was enlarged on regular bail. Due to his nonapperance on 7.9.2015 his bail bonds were cancelled and non-bailable warrants issued. The learned Sessions Court vide order dated 28.9.2015 permitted the petitioner to surrender before the trial court within one week and seek bail. However, petitioner, due to unavoidable circumstances could not avail that benefit.

Vide order dated 26.2.2016 while issuing notice of motion, it was directed that in the event of petitioner surrendering before the RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2016.03.15 11:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.

CRM-M 6764/2016 trial court within 7 days he shall be released on interim bail by the trial court to its satisfaction.

At the time of hearing today, it is submitted that in compliance of the order dated 26.2.2016 petitioner surrendered before the trial court on 29.2.2016 and was released on interim bail. The said factual position is not disputed by the learned State counsel.

In view of the above interim bail granted by the trial court, pursuant to the order dated 26.2.2016 of this Court, is made absolute. Disposed of.
