Learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted that the matter is now pending before the Assistant Collector 1st Grade, Yamuna Nagar, and the matter pertains to surplus area and in the said circumstances, period of six months would be required to adjudicate the same. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present petition be disposed of but respondent be directed to decide the same in a time bound manner.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances and in view of the submissions made on behalf of the State, the present petition is disposed of, however, respondent is directed to decide the case which is pending before the Assistant Collector 1st Grade, Yamuna Nagar, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today.
