This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 169 dated 14.10.2014 under Sections 148/149/323/452/506 IPC and sections 325/307 IPC at Police Station Hassanpur, district palwal.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated March 27, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated March 27, 2015 is hereby made absolute subject to conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
