(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to look into the matter carefully and take action against respondents No.3 to 7. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 -Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda, is directed to look into representation/complaint dated 27.09.2016 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda, to look into the representation/ complaint of the petitioner dated 27.09.2016 (Annexure P-2) and do the needful on merit.
