**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioners, by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seek quashing of the complaint No. 155/1 of 2013 dated 23.9.2013 titled as Sulkhanpal Singh Vs. Amritpal Singh and others (Annexure P-11) as well as the summoning order dated 27.8.2014 (Annexure P-12), however, without availing the equally efficacious alternative remedy of revision against the impugned summoning order.

Further, when the case came up for hearing on 12.3.2015, learned senior counsel for the petitioners sought time to place on record legible copies of the documents and on his request, case was adjourned to 10.4.2015. On 10.4.2015, on the written request circulated on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, case was adjourned to 8.7.2015. Again on 8.7.2015, on the written request, AMIT KUMAR 2015.10.06 09:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-7936 of 2015 case was adjourned to 24.8.2015. On 24.8.2015 also, written request was made which was accepted and the case was adjourned to today. Today again, a written request has been made which is not at all justified and the same is rejected.

Keeping in view the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail their equally efficacious alternative remedy of revision petition against the impugned summoning order, at the first instance. Disposed of, accordingly.
