(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is made under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to respondents no. 1 to 3 for the protection of life and liberty of the petitioner and her family at the hands of respondents no. 4 to 10 and for taking action in accordance with law on complaint dated 25.02.2015 (Annexure P-6) filed by the petitioner.

Heard.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurwinder Singh submits that necessary steps have been taken by the local police to provide protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner when she appears in the court as witness. But learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even otherwise than the dates fixed, the petitioner has threat to her life and liberty.

For that matter, the instant petition be treated as representation and the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana is JITENDER KUMAR 2015.08.12 16:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

No further indulgence of this Court is required but with regard to dispute of property as contended by learned petitioner's counsel, the petitioner is at liberty to take recourse to other alternative remedy.
