ANITA CHAUDHRY , J(ORAL) Through the instant appeal, a challenge has been laid to judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 05.02.2004 and 07.02.2004 respectively.

Learned counsel submits that after completing the requisite sentence, the appellant has already been released in this case on 02.04.2009. The appeal has become infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
