Learned counsel submits that a reply dated 26.02.2025, Annexure P-6 has been submitted to the demand notice in question and on instructions states that the petitioner is ready and willing to refund the amount, however, in equal instalments, which may be taken into consideration while deciding the same in a time bound manner as also her pension, that has been stopped, may be released. 2.
In view of the peculiar facts and circumstances and the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent No.4 is directed to consider and decide the reply to the demand notice dated 26.02.2025 within a period of 2 months, taking into account the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
