Mr. Namit Gautam, Advocate Along with Mr. Shivamdeep S/o Smt. Poonam Kumari, Revisionist.

Mr. Kashmir Chand, Special Attorney of Sh. Rajinder Pal. * * * * Mr. Kashmir Chand, Special Attorney of Sh. Rajinder Pal states that the matter has been amicably settled and the revisionist Smt. Poonam Kumari has paid the amount and thus, the matter be disposed of as having been settled.

Shivamdeep S/o Smt. Poonam Kumari has come present in person and states that his mother is unwell and thus, she has not come present. He further states that the matter has been amicably settled and amount due to the respondent-Rainder Pal has been paid in full. Parties have mutually settled the dispute inter se i.e. the matter stands compromised in terms of Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. In view of the aforesaid, orders of the JMIC and ADJ are, hereby, set aside and the revisionist-petitioner is acquitted of the charge. Revision is, accordingly, disposed of.
