After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition for quashing of FIR No.265 dated 15.10.2013, under Sections 406/498A IPC, police station Phase I, Mohali with liberty to take all the pleas in the petition before the learned trial court at appropriate stage. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that personal appearance of the petitioner, who is a 70 year old woman, before the learned trial court be dispensed with.
In case the petitioner moves an application seeking exemption of her personal appearance, the same be considered and disposed of by the learned trial court in accordance with law.
